Magic sometimes happens in the smallest bowls. One spoon, a quick stir, and suddenly your kitchen smells like a bakery that knows what it’s doing. That’s exactly the vibe with these 3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies — a recipe that proves Very Quick Desserts don’t have to feel rushed or boring.
This is one of those Small Ingredient Recipes that makes you pause and say, “Wait… that’s it?” Yep. Just three ingredients, about 5 minutes of prep, and a short bake that clocks in as one of those glorious 10 Minute Baking Recipes. Blink and they’re done. Grab a coffee, maybe scroll your phone, and boom — cookies.
IMO, Desserts Made With Nutella already start at a huge advantage. Rich, chocolatey, hazelnut goodness does most of the heavy lifting here. These Treats With Nutella bake up soft, slightly crisp on the edges, and dangerously snackable. Fair warning: they disappear fast. Like, hide-a-few-for-yourself fast.
And can we talk looks? Because these cookies are cute. Simple, glossy, bakery-style cute. Perfect for last-minute guests, snack emergencies, or when you just want something sweet without committing to a full baking project. That’s why they easily land on my list of Easiest Snack Recipes.
The best part? This recipe plays well with creativity. Keep it classic as one of your go-to Simple Baked Goods 3 Ingredients, or dress them up. Sprinkles? Yes. Grated chocolate? Obviously. A dusting of cocoa or powdered sugar? Go for it. You can even sneak this into your 5 Ingredient Baking Recipes category with fun add-ins.
FYI, Nutella isn’t the only option. Any thick, creamy chocolate or hazelnut spread works just fine. Same texture, same results, same happiness.
Sweet snack, quick bake, minimal cleanup. What’s not to love? And hey, who says Savory Bites Recipes get all the attention? These cookies are here to steal the spotlight.

Fast, fuss-free, and baked in minutes, these 3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies are proof that simple baking can still deliver big flavor with barely any effort.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough- ¾ cup (180 g) Nutella or any thick hazelnut/chocolate spread (see note)
- 1¼ cups (150 g) all-purpose or cake flour
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
Method
-
Make the cookie dough
Add the Nutella and egg to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and fully blended. Sprinkle in the flour and continue mixing until a soft dough forms. - At this stage, you have options. For easier handling, chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Short on time? If the dough isn’t sticking to your hands, feel free to shape it right away.
- Roll small portions of dough into balls and place them on a lined baking tray. Use your fingertip or the back of a small spoon to gently press an indentation into the center of each cookie.
-
Bake
Transfer the tray to a preheated oven set at 356°F (180°C). Bake for 10 minutes, just until the cookies are set. - Remove from the oven and move the cookies onto a wire rack. Let them cool completely before adding the topping.
-
Decorate
Once cooled, fill each center with Nutella. You can spoon in about ¼ teaspoon per cookie or use a piping bag for a neater, decorative finish. - Serve, share, or stash a few away for later — these disappear quickly.
