Ingredients

For the Burgers:
  • 1 lb ground chicken

For the Tabbouleh:
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped

For the Tzatziki:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped and drained using cheesecloth

Instructions

Tabbouleh:
  1. Cook the bulgur according to package instructions, then let it cool.
  2. Chop tomatoes and cucumber finely, then squeeze out excess moisture with a cheesecloth.
  3. Combine parsley, bulgur, red onion, cucumber, tomato, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Tzatziki:
  1. Chop cucumber finely and drain with a cheesecloth to remove excess water.
  2. Stir together Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, and white vinegar. Refrigerate until serving.
Burgers:
