Million Dollar Chicken Noodle Bake – Easy Comfort Food for Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, as needed
- 1 (2.8-ounce) can French fried onions
Directions
- Heat your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick spray and set it aside.
- Boil the egg noodles following the package instructions until tender. Drain well and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic powder, and the drained noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly blended and creamy.
