Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs come together with just four simple ingredients, making them a lifesaver for quick meals or last-minute gatherings. Tender pulled pork gets coated in your favorite BBQ sauce, mixed with melty cheddar, and wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Every bite delivers smoky, cheesy goodness. They’re also freezer-friendly, so you can prep ahead and bake whenever the craving hits. We like to pile them next to coleslaw and set out plenty of extra BBQ sauce or ranch for dipping—absolute perfection!
Ingredients
- 1 (17.3-oz) box puff pastry, thawed
- ¾ lb pulled pork
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400ºF and line baking sheets with parchment for easy cleanup.
- Gently open each puff pastry sheet and cut it into 9 even squares.
- Mix the pulled pork with the BBQ sauce until fully coated. Spoon a strip of the pork mixture onto each pastry square, then sprinkle with cheddar.
- Bring two opposite corners over the filling and pinch to seal. Transfer to your lined baking sheets.
- Whisk the egg with water and lightly brush over each puff for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastries puff up and turn a deep golden color. Enjoy warm, or let them cool to room temp.
